Before Hawksbill High became St. George's and Sir Jack High School, they were the best team in the Bahamas three year's straight; Quentin Hall was the PG then as well. Prince Braynen led the entire GSSSA in scoring his Senior year and was among the top players in the GSSSA his entire HS. career. Braynen was one of the first to be scouted at the 2012 All-Bahamian Brand Camp; he showed up and showed out and turned his opportunity into a scholarship at NJCAA Pensacola State Cc. 2001 All Bahamian Selection Marvin Gray has led the Bahamian National Team, Led the NCAA's Number One Team in the Country and won a Bahamian National Championship.

2006 All Bahamian Selection Forward Parysh Munroe went on to earn Florida All-State Honors in High School there. Flash Forward a few  years and one Horizon League Championship Later, Munroe was manning the post for Kentucky State.

2010 All Bahamian Selection Point Guard Reggie Ferguson led the Kingsway Academy Hs. to a BAISS Junior Boys Championship back in 2010. Two years later he was the starting point guard at for storied Mt. Zion High School.

Final Bahamian High School Rankings
Release Date: February 28th, 2013

1. C.C. SWEETING (GSSSA): The Two-Time Defending Hugh Campbell National Champions deserve top Ranking in the Country. Two-Time National Champions would’ve probably ran the table from start to finish. Congrats to Coach Mario Bowleg and his kids.
2. EIGHT MILE ROCK (GBSSA): The bridesmaids but NOT YET the bride, Eight Mile Rock won two tournaments and was runner’s up of the 2013 National Championship and GBSSA. Eight Mile Rock is solid at Number Two.
 3. ST. GEORGES (GBSSA): Two-Time GBSSA Champions made the Final Four of the National Championship to finish off a strong season.
4. QUEENS COLLEGE (BAISS): 2013 BAISS Champions made the Elite Eight of the National Championships. Among the best BAISS teams in the last 10 years.
5. CI GIBSON (GSSSA): Advanced to the Elite Eight of the National Championships for the 18th straight year; Again finishing among 2013’s best.
6. TABERNACLE (GBSSA): The 2013 Hugh Campbell/GBSSSA Final Four won with a young team; Expect the Falcons to be much better next season.
7. AGAPE CHRISTIAN, ABACO: Agape made the Final Four in Freeport and the National Championships; Agape had the best season EVER by any Abaco HS.
8. R.M. Bailey Senior (GSSSA): Small pre-season expectations didnt stop R.M Bailey from finishing strong; 2013 GSSSA Runner’s Up also had a Elite Eight Finish
9. C.R. Walker (GSSSA): As predicted, a watered down 2013 GSSSA Championship did not prepare the Knights for the National Level Competition.
*10. ST AUGUSTINE’S COLLEGE (BAISS): 2013 BAISS Runner's Up finish tied for tenth spot in our Top 10 Rankings.
*10. TELEOS (BSAA): The 2012 BSAA Defending Champions beat Government High school in this year’s Hugh Campbell and made the Elite Eight of the National Championship Tournament.

Honorable Mention
SUNLAND BAPTIST (GBSSA): Definitely the Most Talented High School Team in all of this year’s High School Basketball and despite making the 2013 GBSSA Final Four, Sunland had a roster that is definitely the best in the country.
St. John’s College (BAISS): The Giants battled all year, had a few impressive wins in the National Tournament and was one-point short of making the BAISS Championship Finals; a talented group players led by a veteran coach put together an overall solid season.

 10. ST AUGUSTINE’S COLLEGE (BAISS): 2013 BAISS Runner's Up hold firm at 10.
9. TELEOS (BSAA): The 2012 BSAA Defending Champions beat Government High school in this year’s Hugh Campbell
9. TABERNACLE (GBSSA): 2013 GBSSSA Final Four return to the National Championships this year; they have a young nucleus that will be better next season.
 8. C.R. Walker (GSSSA): 2013 GSSSA Champions won a watered down championship which excluded the league’s best two teams.
7. SUNLAND BAPTIST (GBSSA): The Most Talented High School Team made the 2013 GBSSA Final Four. The most dangerous team in the Tournament.
6. AGAPE CHRISTIAN, ABACO: It’s show and prove time as Agape who have so far been turning some heads in this year’s Tournament.
5. EIGHT MILE ROCK (GBSSA): The 2013 GBSSA Runner’s Up are looking  to return to the National Championship game.
 4. QUEENS COLLEGE (BAISS): The 2013 BAISS Senior Boys Champions are legit; So far beating some tough competition in the National Tournament.
3. CI GIBSON (GSSSA): Last Year's GSSSA Basketball Champions are among the best in 2013; they have been impressive so far in this Championships.
2. ST. GEORGES (GBSSA): The Two-Time Defending GBSSA Champions are again looking for to finish the Season strong. Expect a deep run in the tournament.
1. CCSWEETING (GSSSA): Still the top Team in the Country, expect the 2012 Defending National Champions to be tough again this year.

5. ST. GEORGES (GBSSA): THe 2012 Defending GBSSA Champions are in this year's Final Four again.
